We are looking for a motivated university graduate to join our cross-functional marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. From design to data, strategy to development, and creating content, you're keen to learn about all parts of marketing to drive growth and engagement.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting centralized Placement Team for placement related activity.
  
• Coordinating with Corporate Houses for Executive Programs, Placements and Corporate Training.
  
• Create, improve, and automate email marketing campaigns
  
• Manage content creation and coordination for all social media channels
  
• Develop content for our blog
  
• Help run A/B or multivariate tests for marketing activities and help with campaign pre and post analysis and KPI measurement
  
• Assist in creating marketing collateral
  
• Coordinate events (including conferences and promotional events)
  

Requirements:

We're looking for someone who is/has:

• Extremely detail-oriented, organised, self-starter, and a strong communicator
  
• Excellent creative writing skills
  
• Excellent organisational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
  
• Demonstrate initiative, persistence, ability to problem solve, and enthusiasm for learning new skills. Offer creative thinking and solutions
  
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution
