Mandatory Qualifications :
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: College Graduate / Post Graduate – B. Tech / BCA / MCA
- Understanding of modern digital marketing technologies and tools
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing best practices
- Proficiency on how marketing automation system works
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platform like Marketo, Salesforce, Unica, Oracle
- Working experience on web technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Understanding of functional & technical requirements of the campaign and able to execute, deploy and manage the marketing campaigns
- Help to drive engagement through dynamic emails, landing pages, forms, contact segmentation and campaign flows
- Adhere to brand guidelines and timelines
- Responsible for marketing automation quality assurance from design rendering, event activation, responsive email and landing pages
- Implementation of test strategies like A/B testing to drive traffic
Responsibilities:
- Execution of online marketing campaigns for concerned subsidiaries of a big multinational company according to briefed content.
- Usage of internal/external marketing tools for campaigns set up and execution - emails, events, online profiling, budget management and related reporting
- Daily communication with clients about campaigns preparation/approvals/launch regarding production status or application related inquiries
- Managing marketing calendars, trafficking assets and the complete client approval process
- Support clients in developing and reporting on results of their email campaigns
- Managing our clients' subscriber databases, including creating and updating their lists and segmenting data for targeted e-mail campaigns
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery
- Accountability for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution.
