About The Role
Our Demand Generation Marketing Team is seeking an Automation Specialist and Marketo/Pardot expert to play an active role in supporting our demand generation campaigns to achieve our marketing funnel, sales pipeline goals, and customer communication efforts. Working collaboratively with members of Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations, you will execute cross-channel marketing automation and reporting to support lead generation, pipeline conversation and pipeline coverage, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is someone who not only craves data—but knows how to make it actionable; who enjoys identifying roadblocks and replacing them with automation; has a driving curiosity to discover what works, why, and an unrelenting desire to improve results and efficiencies.
This person will report to the Sr. Manager Marketing Automation, and will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are being executed with fidelity, lead goals are being met, and the quality of lead engagement delivered is in line with planned KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Work with members of Marketing, Sales and Business Operations to execute campaigns that involves identifying target segments and creating campaign assets like emails, landing pages, forms, form handlers etc
- Create and/or maintain cross-channel marketing automation campaigns for various Events, Subscriptions, ABM etc.
- Work with Product, Product Marketing, Client Success, and Client Experience to set up and deploy customer and user communication
- Work with the marketing team and inside sales to build, execute, analyze and optimize campaigns
- Follow best practices and processes for ongoing operational excellence
- Maintain customer and prospect segmentation and recommend the right target for the right message; ensure rhythm of communication is appropriate and opt-out rates stay within industry standards
- Utilize dynamic content and tokens to create personalized campaigns within Pardot
- Document and follow reliable and scalable marketing automation processes and best practices, and act as a guardian of customer data and privacy
- Ability to prioritize tasks, identify trends and manage escalations with appropriate status updates and communications with stakeholders.
- Adept in maintaining data hygiene and field management across systems and integrations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years marketing and sales automation experience in Pardot and Salesforce
- Experience working with HTML/CSS, setting up and versioning email and landing page design and layouts in Pardot
- You naturally seek out every opportunity to learn about the latest tools, techniques, and trends
- You are open to working from 1pm - 10pm IST (regular office hours) in a multi-talented and diverse team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
