Marketing Automation Specialist

Location : Delhi, India

Responsibilities :

Creating and building marketing email campaigns and landing pages that drive sales leads and increase prospect and client engagement (worked on any CRM tool/ email marketing tool)
Creating HTML emails, and landing pages through Marketo
Create web pages supporting enhanced user experience through progressive profiling
Coordinating with Sales Operations to segment and collate prospect and client lists for campaigns
Design and develop Drip and Nurturing campaigns to enable accelerated sales cycle
Drawing up email campaign reporting to benchmark and measure success
Create enhanced reports to support Product marketing teams measure the performance of high impact marketing campaigns
Monitoring the user profiling, scoring and measurement models that lead to more effective communication and higher conversion.
Thinking creatively in designing and running automation workflows for subscription management keeping the global emailing laws in mind
Managing smooth lead flow between Marketo and CRM

Requirements :

Graduation/B.Tech/MBA in any discipline
Working knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, with demonstrated experience designing emails and landing pages
Attention to detail, deadlines, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, simultaneously
Skills on Microsoft Office suite especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis
Strong organizational skills
Strong Technical skills required
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
Great analytical and logical ability
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Technology)
Positive attitude and out of the box thinking
1 year+ experience in any of the marketing automation systems (Marketo, Hubspot etc).
Familiarity with API Apex coding and web system integrations will be an added advantage
