As a Marketing / Business Development Associate, you will work to identify, engage with potential clients, pitch design services to them and contribute to Happening’s growth. An ideal candidate must be driven to meet targets/goals, must understand the value of design, and comfortably develop new relations to establish new business opportunities.

• Identify new business opportunities
• Work to penetrate into key accounts identified
• Establish and maintain client relations
• Churn prospects into customers
• Coordinate, follow up, execute client pitches
• Meticulously track your interactions with clients, document them, and present them to the business team
• Work with senior business leaders to execute defined strategies

• A Master's/Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing from premier business schools like IIM/ISB
• Past internship experience working in service or studio or consulting environment is an advantage
• Ability to strategize and execute sales/marketing plans
• Ability to understand clients' needs, requirements and convey them to the team
• Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to easily reach out to client prospects
• Passion and drive to perform and win clients/accounts
• A great track record in achieving set goals
• Management capabilities and strong leadership skills
• You are detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
