- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Identify product improvements by remaining current on industry trends & competitors.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a business development executive or other sales relevant role.
- Fair knowledge of web and mobile applications and technology in general, is a must.
- Language proficiency & adept presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Digital marketing experience will be a big plus.
