Key Responsibilities
Retail Branding: Execute and maintain branding across dealer outlets, ensuring updated, premium, and
consistent visibility.
BTL Activations: Plan and implement below-the-line activities such as plumber meets, influencer engagement,
and in-store promotions.
Dealer Engagement: Build strong dealer relationships by explaining trade schemes, promotions, and
marketing programs effectively.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all retail touchpoints reflect the RAK and KLUDI brand ethos in design,
communication, and execution.
Campaign Execution: Support national and regional campaigns by adapting and executing them at the local
level.
Market Feedback: Capture dealer and consumer insights to share with sales and marketing teams for
continuous improvement.
Performance Tracking: Monitor ROI of trade activations and ensure timely reporting of results.
Skills & Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in trade marketing/BTL execution/retail branding, preferably in building
materials, FMCG, or consumer durables.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage dealers, influencers, and channel
partners.
Hands-on experience in managing vendors/agencies for branding and activations.
Analytical mindset with ability to measure impact of trade marketing activities.
Willingness to travel extensively.
