a) Reaching out to new customers

c) Registering a new client to the system
d) Preparing presentations

2. EOR - Enquiry Order Register
a) Keeping track of all enquiry
b) Converting enquiries to orders
c) Updating the status and summary of all enquiries

3. Order tracking: Keeping track of all ongoing orders
