Detailed Tasks & Responsibilities Sales/Collection

· Ensures compliance to customers credit limits and collection of receivables.

· Ensure strict operations within customers credit limits.

· Plan customer sales volume and collection strategies.

· Ensure periodic Sales planning & review and conduct monthly sales review

· Make monthly sales target for branches and Support sales during the month Competition tracking

Competition tracking

· Identify resource at customer/competitor end and collate customer activity information.

· Track customer consumption & purchases.

· Ensure continuous retention of key accounts and addition of new accounts.

· Ensure monthly matching of report from accounts with branches report
