Job Summary
You will be interacting with potential Clients/Builders/Architects/Interior Designers and explain them about the company

Responsibilities and Duties

• On ground interaction with potential customers.
• Pitching to potential customers and explaining them about our brand and offers.
• Collecting data surveys of potential customers.
• Generate business leads for the company and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary.
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships (Related to generating leads).
• Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Services Demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control to influence the customer and close upon the negotiation.
• Should focus on increasing the sales of the company OR close new deals at a high rate.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Education Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate
• Excellent communication skills and should be well versed with English, Hindi and Kannada
• Presentable and well groomed
• Highly motivated
• Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first conversation
• Self-confident
• Should be flexible to work on weekends and work timings
• Good convincing and sales closing skills
