Our company is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help promote our range of services, including facility management, event management, interior design, and healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position will be based in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore and report to the Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the company's services
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential areas for growth in the facility management industry
• Create and implement promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns, specifically for the facility management industry.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in the facility management industry, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Attend industry events and conferences in the facility management industry to promote the company's services and network with potential customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts
• Proven experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Fluency in Kannada, English, Tamil and Hindi
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Candidate should have Two-Wheeler with license.
