Job Description:

• Need to understand the functioning of the company, its business domain and customers
• Need to understand the process of tendering in Utilities and Government departments
• Search the potential tenders in government portals
• Identify the suitable tenders which suits the company’s technical and commercial capabilities
• Preparation of Bid documents and Attending Pre-bid meetings
• Correspondence with customers related to Tendering
• Follow up status of tenders
• Identify the potential suppliers for procuring the materials in line with the customer order’s
• Negotiation with suppliers
• Release of Purchase Orders and ensuring timely deliveries as per project requirement
• Having close interaction’s and building rapport with customers
• Project execution and Correspondences with customer
• Timely realization of receivables
• Obtaining feedback from customers
