Job Description
This Role Will Be On The Field, Meeting Customers And Developing New Markets. We Have A Unique Set Of Patented Products In The Lighting, Automation And Electrical Segment Hence Creation Of The Market Is Key. Experience On Selling Lighting Products, Channel Creation, Channel Management Will Be Preferred
- New Market And Customer Creation
- Stores Acquisition To Sell Our Products On The Shelf
- Lead Generation Of Our Products Is Key To The Success
- Go Getter Is Mandatory
- Freshers Or A Min Of 1 Year Of Industry References Is Preferred
- Demand Generation
- Sales Targets Of A Min 30,000 To 50 K Pieces Per Month +10 To 50% MoM
- Should Have Flair For Meeting Sales Target
- Good Communication Skill On Kannada, English And Hindi
- Experience With Lighting And Related Products And Similar Experience Is A Must.
- Contacts Of Store, Distributors Is Mandatory And Work Experience Is Important
- Financial Acumen Is Important
- Contractual S And Commercials Experience Is Key
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate Who Has Good Communication Skill And Flair For Sales/Marketing.
- Candidates From Bangalore Or Any Other Location Who Can Speak In Kannada, English And Hindi Will Be Preferred Considering Local Vendors.
- Ability To Convince A Customer On Large Deals
- Experience On Collections
- Experience To Build Relationships And Identify New Markets
- Ability To Identify Customers Immediately During The First Few Minutes Of The Discussion
