ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage successful onboarding of new Seller Partners.
· Handhold sellers to list and manage their products/ offers on the portal.
· Ensure the statutory seller (KYC) documents are collected and safely maintained.
· Assist & train Sellers in dashboard management.
· Coordinate with Sellers in the order fulfilment processes.
· Ensure seller payments are released in a timely and proper manner.
· Work closely with other teams to address and resolve seller grievances.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
· Experience with recruiting is a plus, however, fresher may also apply.
· Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
· Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
· Skills in database management and record keeping.
· Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
· Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and
· maintain a flexible work schedule.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
· Gather and analyse information skilfully.
· Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
