Responsibilities
Accountable for the revenue targets from the
assigned leads.
Develop a highly motivated team that can
manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a prospect to sales and identify
customers for repeat business.
Hiring, Motivating, Retaining and
Driving the sales team towards the attainment of company's objectives.
Person will be accountable for the
productivity of his team.
Keep a watch on the competitive
activities and update the management.
Build and develop personal relationships
with all key stakeholders and be available for help.
Will monitor sales staff performance to
ensure that goals are met.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of sales and marketing experience
2. Experience working with distributed field
sales teams
3. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
4. Education qualifications: any graduate
5. Proven ability to influence cross-functional
teams
