Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of our Inbound Business Development and Marketing team, you will be responsible for the execution of inbound marketing strategy
Develop and optimize marketing initiatives to drive client/customer acquisition.
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
Develop effective working relationships with client/customer through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in social media marketing.
Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
Cafeteria- Stock Management.
In depth knowledge of Shared office Industry and its current events.

Key Position Requirements:

Proven success in a Business-to-Business sales environment.
A highly effective individual who has an absolute eye for detail and is focused on improving business performance through exceptional campaign execution, reporting and evaluation.
Experienced in self-generation of new business leads coupled with excellent account management skills.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Professional communication skills with a high success rate in building and maintaining business relationships.
Candidate should know how to engage an audience through social media posts and interactions
Thorough knowledge of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience in Social Media Marketing.
A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
Ability to work independently.
