Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Tour planning in weekends in coordination with Marketing Manager as per customer requirements and appointments. To cover all area
2. To report to Office first in the morning before marketing tour
3. Giving the clear and detailed marketing report, expenses details in weekends.
4. To hand over the kitchen layout to design department after brief discussion with marketing head
5. Visiting existing customers in the marketing are to have post sales feedback.
6. Report to MD in the evenings before 8 PM by Local Land Line phone regarding the visit details and feedback
7. Do not give any false commitments for promises to the customers
8. No auto charge or parking allowance allowed.
9. All tour claims should be supported by relevant bills. Without supporting documents the accounts department will not entertain any claim and it will be rejected right away.
