Ads & Url is seeking an AM Executive to join our Delhi office. In this role, the AM Executive will be directly responsible for bringing in new sales revenue for primarily mobile performance initiatives. You will seek out new clients and agencies as an individual contributor to Ads & Url. The AM Executive must be able to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders from sales and marketing to executive staff members.
Responsibilities
Identify and close strategic partnerships with the leading brand- and performance-based advertisers or agencies/intermediaries. Up-sell to existing Ads & Url client's new channels, both social and video. Secure continued business from existing advertising customers, partners, and agencies. Understand client needs, anticipate future goals and help determine ideal solutions, and manage expectations at all levels. Attend and direct client meetings; address and advise on client needs. Serve as subject matter expert on Ads & Url solutions, services, and products to position them effectively in the market. Effectively communicate and partner with all internal Ads & Url experts as a team to meet and exceed advertisers’ needs. Encourage the adoption of Ads & Url ad platform products, rich media solutions, and creative services during educational events and conferences.
Requirements
1. Working experience of tracking platforms: Affise, HasOffers,
Offershub, Offerslook, Trackier, Offer18 Etc.
2. Working experience of measurement platforms: Adjust, Kochava, Tune,
Appsflyer, Singular, Branch Etc.
3. Working experience of mobile app advertisements: CPI, CPA, CPM Etc.
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written - English as a primary
language
5. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
6. Strategic thinker
7. Entrepreneurial spirit
8. Consultative seller
9. Highly organized with strong attention to detail dealing with large amounts of
data and information
10. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
11. Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural start-up environment; ability to
