Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing activities, and generate sales leads
Visit colleges for tie-ups. Map out potential sources of student admissions.
Manage BTL activities locally
Reach monthly sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with agents,
Build agents network at the local level and do regular follow-ups with them

An ideal candidate should have:

Comfortable with field sales role; open to being in the market every day (has a bike)
Good at consultative sales
Ability to build trust and suggest courses without being pushy
Can handle sales pressure
Good at communication , Open to taking feedback; accept mistakes and failures
