·         Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business objectives targets.

·         Understand the technical aspects of aluminum formwork and provide technical

support to customers and the sales team.

·         Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

·         Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

·         Collaborate with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure

 smooth project execution and timely delivery.

·         Develop and deliver technical and sales training to the sales team.

·         Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering and MBA in Marketing is required

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·         2 Years’ Experience in same field is Must
