Viva Books is looking for the following person for its marketing team: 

Marketing Executive - Females (fresher) for Viva Books 

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Should have 1st class in X and XII).
• (Engineers...please do not apply)
• Freshers preferred and will be absorbed as trainees.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English, self-motivated, assertive, responsible, team worker, willing to learn and able to meet deadlines.

• IT and internet Savvy 

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing catalogues, brochures, price lists and other publicity material in-house. Software knowledge preferred: InDesign, Photoshop- desirable but not necessary- training will be given in-house)

• Also would need to sort book information in a brief gist for catalogues and hence good written English is required with subject knowledge to club the same subject titles separately.
• Developing and maintaining database/mailing list both addresses and email addresses
• Promoting Books through publicity emailing and postal mailing to various institutions (universities, colleges, engineering colleges, medical colleges, nursing colleges, schools, etc)
• Interaction with customers over the phone as well as through emails regarding queries & orders. (please note this is NOT a call centre profile )
• You will also be responsible for content management on the digital platforms for Viva. We intend to use these resources not just for apps but also for web and other platforms as well from time to time.
• Updating and maintaining the company website (if needed)
• Candidate may be used for writing the company blog if she has the talent. (not a necessary feature).
