Job Description of Marketing Executive
· Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
· Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.),exhibitions and promotional events
· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
· Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
· Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
· Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
· Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
· Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
· Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
· Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
· Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
· Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
· Handling of all Virtual Market Place
· Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
· Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
· Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
· Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
· Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
· Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
· Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
· Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Requirements and skills
· Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role for min 2 years will be preferable
· Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
· Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
· Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
· Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Creativity and commercial awareness
· MBA/BBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
· Age- Maximum 25 years
