Supported by Niti Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission, Transforming India Initiative is a unique two-year programme for individuals who aspire to become entrepreneurs for the cause. The uniquely designed curriculum for the two years emphasises on: Self Transformation, Entrepreneurial Skills, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurial Excellence. The programme is designed to be experimental and practical- with six travel workshops, 30 social enterprises interaction, 18 practitioners taught courses and project-based assessments. The two years include an 18-month practicum where the fellows are placed in established social enterprises, working directly with CEOs and helping enterprises accelerate their growth. Post the two-year fellowship, seekers will receive six years of integrated incubation support to ensure that their enterprises sustain and thrive. 

Support TII in navigating through the programme smoothly and also support various aspects of the program such as course selection, it’s scheduling and accessing financial aid.

Coordinate the development of reports and other analytics. Strategies the development of the programme based on the analysis.

Build a personal rapport with each stakeholder to build strong and sustainable partnerships for the programme operations and development

Conduct marketing activities like Information seminars, events, competitions at different colleges and networking places

Plan and ensure engagement of potential and selected applicants

Find new avenues to market program and strategize for the same

Review applications and conduct phone Interviews

Organize forums for final selection round
