Job Description

Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
Candidate should have handled desired skills like channel key accounts management, project management, Project Sales, AVSI.
Generating leads for providing AV solutions by interacting with the Corporate Clients, & with Key Accounts
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/ end customers.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned territory.
Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
Manages potential channel conflict Accountability and Performance Measures
Achieves assigned sales quota in designated territory.
Completes partner account plans that meet company strategy.
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company objectives.
