Responsible for driving the field system and evaluating targets of Key accounts
Organize recruitment drive with Key Accounts base to get in new people joining
this business as Business Associates.
Correlate with sales performance by brand & productivity.
Conduct a business planning session with each Key
Account and their core team member as per the field system guidelines.
Work as per the Code of Conduct Policy of the
300000/-CTC (25000 Per Month -Fixed) by MGN
Additional Performance Bonus on Monthly /Yearly the basis from Client Companies
An employee needs to sign a one-year bond of 3 Lacs rupees.
In case an employee decides to leave the company within 12 months of joining an equivalent amount of salary paid as on date shall be deducted and rest will be
refunded. No interest shall be paid on a bond deposit amount.
The employee will work from Home. Every Sunday and
2nd Saturday need to report to the nearest branch office with sales the report, presentation for next week, monthly plan etc.
