 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities, and generate sales leads
• Visit colleges for tie-ups. Map out potential sources of student admissions.
• Manage BTL activities locally
• Reach monthly sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with agents,
• Build agents network at the local level and do regular follow-ups with them

An ideal candidate should have:

• Comfortable with field sales role; open to being in the market every day (has a bike)
• Good at consultative sales: Ability to build trust and suggest courses without being pushy
• Can handle sales pressure
• Good at communication , Open to taking feedback; accept mistakes and failures
