Responsibilities: 

• Reach out to potential manufacturers and distributors to promote our platform and explain the benefits of joining.
• Onboard new manufacturers and distributors to the platform, ensuring that they understand how to use all of its features and tools.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to existing manufacturers and distributors to ensure their success on the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and distributors to ensure their continued use of the platform.
• Ensure that all data and information entered into the platform is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve our overall onboarding goals and targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information to a non-technical audience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to reach out to potential clients.
• Knowledge of online platforms, e-commerce and basic computer skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer service is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required
