Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's online presence and brand reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting feedback from patients and their attendants, managing online reviews, and promoting our organization across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Feedback Collection:
- Engage with both in-patients and out-patient attendants to gather valuable feedback about their experiences.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and respectful feedback collection.
- Compile and organize feedback for analysis and improvements.
- Liaise with the Medical Records Department to ensure accurate documentation of collected feedback.
2. Online Reviews Management:
- Monitor and manage online reviews across platforms like Google, ensuring timely responses to both positive and negative feedback.
- Collaborate with the Patient Services team to address and resolve concerns highlighted in reviews.
- Uphold a positive online reputation by promoting positive patient experiences and interactions.
3. Social Media Promotion:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance the organization's online presence.
- Create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
- Regularly update social media accounts with relevant news, patient stories, and organizational updates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for brand promotion through media, outdoor campaign, and other activities.
- Identifying referral centres to increase the referral business.
- Responsible for PR activities related to our services
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to feedback, online reviews, and social media engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Any UG degree or PG degree / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Skills:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for marketing purposes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on maintaining a positive brand image.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive insights.
- Familiarity with online review management tools and techniques is a plus.
- Creative thinking and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
