We are hiring  for the position of Marketing Executive:

• Candidate should be fluent in English, Marathi & Hindi verbal & written communication.
  
• Qualification – BMS / BBA, MBA / MMS – Marketing Fresher
  
• Salary up to 20k
  
• This is on direct company payroll:
  

• Planning and implementing new promotional strategies like BTL activities, exhibitions, shop front display,building effort.road shows etc. as a part of market development and brand
  
• Planning, designing and execution of monthly marketing activities.
  
• Prepare marketing calendar for activities & implement actions as per approved plans.
  
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information like pricing, promotion etc
  
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity
  
• Deliver results oriented sales & marketing activity within agreed budget
  
• Assist in organizing dealer conferences / customer seminars/ regional meets/ Society Activation at state level.
  
• Execution of new product launches
  
• Responsible for ensuring promotional material dispaches like leaflets, posters and brochures,etc. 
  
• Support sales team through marketing & sales promotion activities
  
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
  
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
