• Understand the ground realities of the market & keep upto date with changing trends

• Enable the field teams to finalize the sales and marketing plan by providing relevant information

• Collaborate with the Farmers , Team in implementing the sales and marketing plan 

• Will help in maintaining positive cash flow, good  profitability in new developments including product mix and customer segment mix . 

• Must stay updated on the new  technical developments, quality, packing and  other market and competition trends in the market and collaborate with the team to finalize our responses.
