7. Analyzing and reporting on marketing metrics and performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.

8. Building and maintaining relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders, such as lenders, appraisers, and contractors, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.

9. Keeping track of market trends, local real estate regulations, and industry developments to stay ahead of competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.

10. Providing ongoing support and training to real estate agents and brokers on marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.

11. Monitoring and managing the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
