Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES-Handling the Sales & Marketing functional activities. Shall be responsible for planning, forecasting and implementation of sales plan. To facilitate Director visits / meetings with prospective clients as and when required to convert sales opportunities / leads.
The job profile of the marketing recruits depends on individual capabilities and ability to deliver on functions of the role. The profile responsibilities of a Marketing Executive / Marketing Engineer can be broadly defined as below:
SALES FUNCTIONS  :
  • Develop a Sales funnel / Opportunities Pipeline that would describe the prospects, leads and conversion ratios.
  • Gradually expand the sales Funnel / Opportunities Pipeline.
  • Understand customers need and requirements.
  • Participate in Pre -sales review and plan meeting.
  • Maximize Sales Revenue.
  • Achievement of Sales  & Revenue targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Advise customers about delivery schedules and after sales service and accordingly assist in preparation of procurement / delivery plans.
  • Ensure proper implementation of procurement plans.
  • Ensure project delivery and cash flow schedules are maintained to achieve the revenue targets.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FUNCTIONS :
  • Maintain & Improve company Visibility Index in the market. Build and reinforce brand awareness, through advertising, developing & implementing branding ideas.
  • To identify potential clients and implementing innovative business strategies to generate maimum revenues by improving business process.
  • Take inputs from all Stakeholders on the overall plan.
  • Carry out Research and Analysis, Competition mapping and Digital marketing.
  • Lead execution of overall go-to-market strategy involving business growth accountability, customers and channel partner engagement, marketing and demand generation plans.
  • Leverage existing networks and drive new local alliances and referrals to establish scalable, robust demand pipeline across relevant target group.
