Job Description:

1) Talent Acquisition Executive:

Coordinating with operation teams to identify the requirements for ongoing part-time internships. This may include- Identifying selection criteria, skill set required and estimating the total numbers of interns required to deploy in a particular internship.
During the interview, you are responsible for checking the student’s availability, eligibility, knowledge about the internship and evaluating on the skill set required before shortlisting a candidate to work on an internship.
Rigorous evaluation to shortlist the best talent from all across the country to work on the ongoing internships.
Suggest alternative internship to students as per his/her eligibility, in case (s)he is not eligible to work on the internship applied for.
Taking initiatives to figure out effective ways to automate the interview process for very large volumes.
In general, you would be responsible for building up a supply of ‘Ready to Work’ interns in very large volumes who can excel in their respective internship.

2) Operations Executive:

Work alongside the Operations Manager to execute projects at scale.
Virtually manage a huge amount of people working on the field.
Manage all India student engagement drive.
Ensure that training of each project runs smoothly.
Ensure that everyone who is selected for a project goes to the field to work on their scheduled timings.
Mentor and motivate the student workforce. Demonstrate strong people engagement skills.
Run the pilot of projects.
Suggest improvements in processes at every level in operations.

3) Marketing Executive:

Coordinate with operation teams to identify the requirements for ongoing part-time internships wherein college students devote 20 hours a week and work remotely around their location.
Develop an expansion strategy to get maximum applications of college students for the ongoing part-time internships. This may include – Market research on colleges, Identifying skill set required, selection criteria, digital and non-digital marketing channels.
Foster long-term relationships with training & placement officers or campus relations department of various colleges across India.
Pitch about the ongoing part-time internships to college officials and ensure student registrations for the same.
Be responsible for making campus ambassadors (college student) to market ongoing part-time internships in colleges, ensuring that the goal of maximum registration from each college is achieved.
Take initiatives to figure out more effective channels to market ongoing part-time internships.
Develop Awign-Student chapters in colleges to ensure consistent student engagement with Awign.
Assist in organizing marketing and promotional campaigns.
In a nutshell, the individual will directly work with the head of Marketing & Expansion and take up the responsibility of expanding the student base for multiple part-time internships across India.

Desired Skills:

0.5 – 2 years of relevant experience.
Any educational degree
The desire of burning it out in a start-up environment.
Demonstrate strong people engagement skills.
Excellent communication skills - English Proficiency (Spoken & Written),Hindi Proficiency (Spoken).
Proficiency in any other language would be a plus.
Showcase impeccable problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Entrepreneurial attitude to handle challenging tasks, deal with ambiguity and shoulder responsibility.

Salary: 20k - 25k Per Month
