We are looking for a marketer who is great with visual communication. 

You should be a highly creative thinker, who is a self starter and consumes a vast amount of visual content. 

The incumbent should be able to think outside the box, have an audience first mindset and understand the nuances of each social media platform. 

You will be responsible for ideating, developing and executing visual content campaigns for all our digital platforms. 

While this may be a desk job, it involves traveling to the factory and project locations to shoot content. 

You should be comfortable working by yourself and in a team depending on the requirement of the campaign. 

A knack for making reels, editing videos and telling visual stories is a must for this position.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ideating, shooting, editing and executing all visual content requirements for marketing purposes

• Distribution of produced content across online and offline marketing channels

• Analyzing each marketing platform on a monthly basis, to develop insights to help craft unique marketing campaigns

• Cold Marketing using a mix of copywriting, visual content and marketing tools 

• Coordinating with the sales and factory team to plan shoot calendar as well as gather images and videos from third parties like architects, interior designers, contractors and retail partners

• Outreach to influencers across platforms as and when required  

• Writing social media captions and descriptions as required

Technical requirements for the role

• Prior experience in making reels, in using Canva, in using adobe premiere pro

• Prior work experience in social media marketing and campaigns

• Working knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft Office

• Working experience in email writing

Soft skill requirements for the role

• Quick learner and Team Player

• Flexible and open to learning of new softwares as required

• Should have an creative eye to develop great visual content ideas

• Ability to handle multiple tasks
