As a Marketing Generalist at Atologist Infotech, you’ll be at the helm, leading an early-stage startup to scale its marketing efforts rapidly. You’ll work closely with the founder and Head of Growth to identify the best customer acquisition channels (organic or paid). You will immediately jump in and drive the development of the company’s growth marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
● Create and nurture marketing and GTM strategies for various iterations of our products.
● Establish a measurement & experimentation framework for all strategies tracking KPIs.
● Strive to improve conversion at all parts of the funnel.
● Frequently A/B tests new ideas and digs deep creatively.
● Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize efforts; collaborate cross-functionally.
● Experiment with tactics to fuel word of mouth and spark student referral loops.
● Own data measurement and reporting and regularly communicate to internal stakeholders and help in forecasting future growth.
Who are you?
● A professional who’s had experience working in growth, product, marketing, or closely related roles in fintech or SaaS
● Someone who’s familiar with working with SaaS tools like Asana, Zapier, Notion, etc.
● Experienced in creating and owning campaigns across the entire lifecycle
● Add knowledge and add value across workflows with automation between various platforms using easy-to-use tools like Zapier.
● Creative, analytical, and great reporting capabilities
● Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
● Someone open to putting on multiple hats across departments at times, if needed.
