Job Description

Marketing- Head

CTC From 15 LPA - 30 LPA

Location - Mumbai

Job Description :

  • Should have functional expertise.
  • This role will be heading online business. 

Responsibilities - 

  • Drive monthly conversion targets on the website. 
  • Drive the daily marketing plan; making appropriate changes based on consumer behavior. 
  • Identify high potential market gaps and create product stories to drive engagement. 
  • Drive customer retention & activation; identify breakpoints in the customer journey. 
  • Drive the brand content strategy – social media, blog & fashion magazine (digital & print).
  • Drive brand associations, campaigns shoots, lookbooks etc. 
  • Build the brand imagery & equity through consistent look & feel, and tone of voice.
  • Manage all marketing creatives in-house: hoardings, print ads, digital banners etc. 
  • Supervise PR deliverables and brand visibility with agency.
