She/ He will bring in a lot of cutting edge marketing skills to the table and drive the new marketing agenda to transform the way the Consumer Health India brands connect with their target consumers.
She/ He will need to develop a holistic Marketing strategy (with a high emphasis on digital) for each brand that needs to be based on consumer insights derived from the Indian consumer journey and also in sync with the global brand strategies for those brands.
The role will also actively explore for local strategic partnerships and co-promotions (especially in the digital space) based on the brand needs.
The individual in this role will need to collaborate and coordinate with internal cross functional teams, global brand teams, external partners, agencies, to deliver the brand specific marketing programs.
This role is responsible for successful launches of new brands/categories, maximizing ROI in marketing programs, driving digital-first initiatives, and positively impacting top line and bottom line business results.
