About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns
2. Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
3. Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, social media, and online advertising
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
5. Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas
4. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media platforms
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
