1. Working on being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice
2. Counseling potential learners, helping them plan their career path, and understanding how our program can catalyze their careers
3. Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets
4. Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of our model of online/blended learning
5. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you
6. Making phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management
7. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality
