Job Description

1. Post: Marketing Intern (BTL Marketing)

2. Duration & Date of Joining: 1 Month (minimum),Immediately

3.Working Hous: 8 Hours (Flexible)

4. Work Days: 6 / Week (Flexible)

5. Transportation: Ola Cab Services for any work-related travel

6. Stipend:

Fixed: Rs. 15000
Variable: Rs. 5000 - 20000 (Performance Based)

7. Role / Scope of Work:

Reaching out to school POC's through school contacts provided by us
Fixing appointments with the school managements for further clarifications
Meeting with school authorities to ensure successful tie-up with that particular school
Managing end-end execution of the race to space quiz in the schools onboarded by them
Working closely with marketing managers to figure out drawbacks or weaknesses in execution
Figuring out ways to further improve execution processes
Interaction with potential customers whenever required

8. Learning to Take From This Internship:

How BTL Marketing works as a whole in a fast-growing start-up
Effectiveness of BTL marketing as compared to digital marketing or other forms of marketing
Customer Reactions to BTL Activities and BTL Marketing
First-hand customer interaction experience

9. Candidate Requirements:

Great Communication & interpersonal skills
Good managerial skills
Confidence and drive
