About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting prospective clients, answering calls, and resolving queries
2. Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our sales group for closing
3. Advising present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies
4. Keeping up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines
5. Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts
6. Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization
7. Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details
8. Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items
9. Gathering information from the individual and schedule an appointment when required
