About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's a strong presence
3. Work on recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
5. Work on presenting the sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
6. Work on identifying the emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
7. Work on maximizing our marketing team potential, crafting marketing plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management

Other requirements

1. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business or related field

2. Candidate must have experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies

3. Candidate must have experience in customer relationship management

4. Candidate must have experience managing and directing a team

5. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Candidate must have dedication in providing great customer service
