About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Spreading awareness about MyCaptain within the student community
2. Working on market research to identify the right kind of target audience, the addressable market, and other factors that will drive the sales of the product within the universities
3. Working on marketing and developing campus-specific marketing and outreach programs/campaigns and collecting valuable feedback from the universities about the company itself
4. Working on product demonstrations (MyCaptain app demonstrations) and holding seminars to help students understand the true value of the product
5. Ensuring that the students are enrolling in MyCaptain workshops and driving sales using the strong brand presence that you will be creating using the outreach programs
6. Effectively following up with interested students, making presentations of prospects, and closing the sales
7. Organizing events on the campus promoting the company (these events can be interactive by hosting questionnaires to clear any doubts that the prospects might have about the company)

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 6 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of per sale after achieving a target of 20,000 inr).

MyCaptain by The Climber is an online platform that helps you take the first step in your field of passion with the help of young achievers, mentors, and guides. Our captains are under the age of 25 and have gone through the same journey these students wish to undertake. They have published authors, young entrepreneurs, investors, award-winning filmmakers, journalists, designers, developers, etc. A student who wants to write a book gets mentored by a young published author.
