Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Work on extracting leads/contacts for provided prospective companies from different sources using standard methods and identify prospective companies using a number of deciding factors and update complete information accordingly
2. Work on maintaining and updating contact information by researching and reviewing across multiple sources
3. Work on processing contacts and accounts source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
4. Work on entering contact and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format
5. Work on maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
6. Work on verifying the entered contact and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data and combining the data across multiple data sources when information is incomplete: purging files to eliminate duplication of data from different marketing and sales tools
7. Work on testing database system changes and upgrades by inputting new data: reviewing output
8 Work on maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting the needed changes
9. Work on contributing to team reporting projects as needed
10. Work on contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
