We are looking for a sales & marketing intern who'll research and identify ways to build our brand and acquire new clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer/client needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
3. Contribute to information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
4. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
5. Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular connect/follow-ups, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
6. Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
7. Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
9. Gather feedback from customer/client or prospects and share with internal teams
10. Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
11. Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as needed
12. Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
