Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Searching for relevant tenders from different websites as per the company's requirements
2. Reading and checking the pre-qualification criteria of the tenders
3. Vetting through incoming tenders and preparing a detailed synopsis for the interested tenders
4. Working on the preparation of the list of technical and commercial queries
5. Working on the preparation of the technical bid formats as specified in the tenders
6. Coordinating the internal company communications with various departments for the preparation and submission of the tender
7. Sending inquiries to the respective vendors and following up with the same for obtaining the relevant documents in the given time frame
8. Working on the compilation and arranging of the Vendor documents as per the tender requirements
9. Keeping a record of documents and maintaining files and necessary documents
