Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Posting daily on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Google my business
2. Publishing stories on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
3. Handling complaints and feedbacks of customers
4. Boosting sales by visiting offices/banks and doing food tie-ups
5. Working on Zomato, Swiggy menu check
6. Sharing a monthly bank of posts with online marketing channels by the 1st of every month
7. Making social media and event calendars by the 1st of every month
8. Working on discount campaign management for Zomato and Swiggy by the 1st of every month
9. Conducting events at the restaurant
10. Working on monthly SMS marketing, loyalty program management
