Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Producing a range of marketing collateral to support Mumbai's business development objectives, ensuring all presentations, credentials, flyers, and digital adverts align with the corporate brand guidelines.
2. Assisting with the production of award entries
3. Supporting Directors and senior colleagues with raising their individual professional profiles within relevant social media channels
4. Organizing project photography - co-ordinating with the senior team to write photography briefs, liaising with photographers, and attending photo shoots if necessary
5. Working with the Mumbai team to ensure that all recent project photography, imagery, and project sheets are loaded and tagged on Open Asset - our image database
6. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to contribute to the development of marketing strategies
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and graphic design
8. Assisting in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
2. Strong passion for marketing and graphic design, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas
3. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
4. Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques is a plus
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
