Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Be a part of a complete end to end product development process
2. Brainstorm on new ways to onboard customers
3. Market the product to increase footfalls
4. Provide customer support by following up with the customers, providing support in completing their applications, sending foreclosure letters, and evaluating the feedback received from the customers
5. Check the customer files, raise queries to the sales team, and get closure on a customer file
6. Maintain relationships with customers by providing timely information and guidance on email
7. Identify anything amiss in the documentation and correct the same
8. Assist in the MIS creation and maintenance
