Responsibilities and Duties
As a Marketing executive, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads and listings through Associate partner network.
Calling to find prospective leads for properties
Calling to find suitable inventory for clients
Scheduling the inspections and taking follow ups/ feedbacks
Negotiating offers between owners and clients and getting the deals closed
Coordinating with team to provide feedback from clients about the service requirements
Keeping abreast of market trends & competitor landscapes
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients
Use market insights to refine marketing strategies and tailor campaigns to target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, messaging, and values.
Be aware of the company's online presence, including website content, blog posts, and social media accounts.
